If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Payment Terms
Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 10 days from receipt of invoice. PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the course start date. A receipt will be issued on payment. Due to limited course space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
Fees include
Refreshments, lunch, full documentation and training materials where available (they do not include hotel accommodation). All fees are inclusive of published discounts. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer. TECEDU reserves the right to alter the programme content, speakers or course at any time due to circumstances beyond their control.
Substitution
Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to 14 days before the event are allowed. Substitutions between 14 days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administration fee of equal to 10% of the total fee that is to be transferred.
Cancellations
The service charge is completely non-refundable and non-creditable. Nonpayment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If, for any reason, TECEDU decides to cancel or postpone this event/course, TECEDU is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by clients. The event/course fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future event/course. Event program content is subject to change without notice. Receipt of this signed booking form (inclusive or exclusive of payment) constitutes formal agreement to attend this conference/course and cancellation terms apply. Full refunds are available on all cancellations received in writing (letter, email or fax) 28 days before the conference/course start date. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS AFTER THIS DATE AND ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IN FULL. The option to transfer to another conference or course is subject to availability. All confirmation details will be sent upon receipt of the booking form. Attendance fees will not be refunded (irrespective of the date of booking) in the event or threat of war, terrorism or circumstances outside of the organisers’ control.
Promotional discounts
TECEDU regrets that additional discounts received after the registration form has been submitted cannot be retrospectively applied to reduce the original price charged.

All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by TECEDU in connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
DUE TO OUR ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY:
- No one should offer, pay, make, look for or acknowledge an individual payment, blessing or support as a byproduct of treatment or to pick up a business advantage.
- No one should permit any other individual to do as such for your behalf.
- No one should make help payments. If an assistance payment has been asked for or made, you should quickly report it to your manager and TECEDU Management. If you make a payment since you truly trust your life, limb or liberty is at risk, this is not an assistance payment but rather should be accounted for as though it were.
TECEDU builds relationships on trust, and we are resolved to keep up and improve our reputation. Therefore, we never acknowledge or pay bribes, including assistance payments. Indeed, even unsubstantiated claims of bribery and corruption may harm our reputation.
Everybody in TECEDU must conform to the anti-bribery and corruption laws of the counties where we work, and also those that apply crosswise over fringes.
OBLIGATIONS
TECEDU management is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and anyone else who may be affected by our operations.
We are committed to ensuring we comply with the European Work Health and Safety Regulations and applicable International Codes of Practice as far as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management:
Will provide and maintain as far as possible:
- a safe working environment;
- safe systems of work;
- facilities for the welfare of employees;
- information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and risks to health;
- a commitment to consult and co-operate with employees in all matters relating to health and safety in the workplace;
- a commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.
People working for and with TECEDU has an obligation to:
- comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to office and equipment;
- take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others;
- wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary;
- comply with any direction given by management for health and safety;
- not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety;
- report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial;
- report all known or observed hazards to their supervisor or manager.
APPLICATION FOR THIS POLICY
We seek the co-operation of all employees, customers and other persons. We encourage suggestions for realising our health and safety objectives to create a safe working environment with a zero accident rate.
This Policy applies to all business operations and functions, including those situations where employees are required to work off-site.

A key objective of TECEDU quality is the acknowledgment of the industry and the perception of the client necessities in order to bring quality trainings and services that fulfil those needs.
